- Business Information: Business name, client details, job schedules, and payroll data you enter into the platform.
- Phone Numbers: Phone numbers you provide for yourself or your team members for SMS notification purposes.
- Location Data: GPS coordinates collected when a cleaner clocks in or out of a job, used solely for verifying job site attendance.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service, collected via analytics tools including Mixpanel.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Send SMS notifications and reminders related to job schedules, clock-in reminders, and service updates.
- Process payroll calculations and generate reports.

3. SMS Messaging
Important SMS Disclosure: By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications through Sudso, you consent to receive text messages from Sudso related to your account, including job reminders, schedule updates, and clock-in alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@sudso.co.
- No Sharing: Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform, including Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to affected users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@sudso.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
